B2B: McGill and Partners

In 2019 McGill and Partners asked Earnest for help to launch their new brand. A new boutique insurance broker built from the ground-up by several highly experienced insurance veterans, they had decided to create a new firm fit for 21st-century broking – meaning digital-first, culturally progressive, and completely unlike anything else on the market.

We distilled the McGill and Partners brand purpose into the key phrase ‘Write the book’ and created a launch campaign which appeared on the front page of The Financial Times to make a bold statement to the industry. Since the launch, McGill and Partners has grown from a small team of 10 to 550 employees in 3 continents.
